Guilin Liangjiang International Airport

Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is located at southwest out of Guilin City in Liangjiang Township of Lingui County. It is about 28 km from Guilin downtown, covering an area of 406 square km.

 

Guilin Liangjiang International Airport has built a 2800m long, 45 m wide runway from south to north, 1 taxiway parallel, a 150,000 square meters’ airport ramp and 20 aprons. It is equipped with navigation, communication, monitoring and logistics system, which could provide 24-hour service. The departure hall has two floors and covers an area of more than 50,000 square meters. There are 8 boarding bridges and baggage conveyor belts. There are also commercial catering and other rental service facilities in the hall.
 

At present, the amount of landing flights daily in Guilin Liangjiang international Airport reaches about 97 sorties. 48 airlines have fights to Guilin. It opens 48 air routes covering 8 international routes and 30 domestic routes. 　 

 

Guilin Liangjiang International Airport has invested totally about 20,000,000 Yuan on greening and beautification of the airport, aiming to built a “Garden-like Airport”. In 2003, it was rated as “The National Model Green Unit”. In addition, it had been rated as “The National Civilized Airport” and “Guilin Civilized Unit” no long after it was built.  

 

In 2012, Guilin Airport lands fights 48531 sorties, passenger throughput reaches 5.687 million, and goods throughput reaches33800 tons, with the respective growth of 2.8%, 3.6% and 0.4%.
