4 Days Classic Guilin Li River Tour

Day 1

Arrival Guilin
Upon arriving in Guilin by flight or train, you will be greeted by our local guide and transferred to hotel on private basis. Enjoy your free time for the rest of the day. Guilin is a small city in South China, well known for the great landscape, crystal-like waters as well as karst limestone formations.

Travel Tips:
Guilin Lianjiang Airport - downtown of Guilin: around 30km (30-40 min by car or taxi)
Guilin Railway Station - downtown of Guilin: just in the downtown
Guilin North Railway Station - city center of Guilin: about 7 km (15-20min by car or taxi)
How to spend your free time in Guilin:
►Have a walk along Four Lakes
►Take Four Lakes & Two Rivers Cruise (recommend night cruise)
 

Day 2

Guilin 

Before breakfast, if you are interested in morning exercise, you could have a walk or run along Li River and the lakes, which is just near to your hotel. Then you could see many locals doing exercise also, running, dancing, practicing Tai Chi Quan, ect.
After a leisure breakfast, we will show you to explore the city of Guilin by visiting to Elephant Trunk Hill, which is the symbol of Guilin City. Then explore Reed Flute Cave. It is a representative of the karst landform in Guilin, where you could see extraordinary and colorful-lighted scene. Then have a leisure walk in Seven Star Park with our guides, which is the largest city garden in Guilin, where you could meet many locals and have a communication with them if you would like to.

Day 3

Guilin      Yangshuo    Guilin

Li River is the mother river of Guilin. Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo is a highlight trip while tourist visit Guilin. You could see the essence view of Li River from Nine Horses Painting Hill to Xingping on board, where you will feel you are just walking in a landscape painting, consisting of crystal Li River Water, rolling green hills along the river, bamboo on the bank, wondering water buffaloes, fishermen, ect.
Pick up from your hotel at around 08:30, drive from downtown to Zhujiang Pier for about 30-40 minutes, from which you will board the cruise boat from Guilin to Yangshuo. The cruise boat genereally departs at 09:30 and arrive at Yangshuou Pier around 14:00.
After the tour, you could have some free time in Yangshuo to stroll along the famous West Street or ride a bike to explore the countryside as your optional tour ( on your expense).

Optional activities in Yangshuo: Show of Impression Liusanjie (70 mins, daily)

Day 4

Departure Guilin
Be transferred to the airport or railway station for your transportation to your next stop.
