Itinerary: Be picked up at hotel lobby in the morning, then chef or the assistant will show you around the local market to learn about the ingredients that we use in our dishes. Then drive to the school in the local farmer's courtyard and learn how to cook five Chinese dishes. After the cooking, eat the meal together and informally explore Chinese culture and customs. In the afternoon, bicycle along the Yulong River back to Yangshuo.
